Study of 89 companies compared top quartile and bottom quartile engagement scores and found that those in the top quartile had 2.6 times higher earnings per share (EPS) than that of the below-average scores.

The New Orders Index increased for the 17th month in a row, clearly indicating the continued expansion of the manufacturing industry.
16 out of 18 manufacturing industries have been showing growth; with employment, inventories, demand and production volumes all increasing month on month.

Demand is strong across multiple sectors driven by holiday orders exceeding seasonal forecasts, and customers placing additional orders.
